Our applications use the latest computer vision and machine learning techniques, combined with the video functionality that is already part of our mobile device. FeedbacK Founder and President, Shawn McDonald and her team use skills and methods they learned working with NASA to create and perfect the FeedbacK system.

Leadership expert and respected Fortune 500 Company executive, Shawn McDonald capitalized on 22 years of business development, information technology, and engineering knowledge to found Feedback Enterprise, LLC in 2012. McDonald’s visionary and leadership talents were recognized very early in her Fortune 500 career when McDonald anticipated the trend from desktop to web-based applications and pitched the idea to improve business communication. In 1999, McDonald became the Chief Architect of a web-based, service contract enterprise information management system which is still considered an industry discriminator and remains in use today by NASA and the Department of Defense. As a senior executive, McDonald was the deputy responsible for the largest contract to date at NASA Langley Research Center (LaRC) – over 450 people – with profit and loss responsibilities of over $85M in annual operating revenue. Jeff Brandt

Influential and venerated information technology (IT) expert, Jeff Brandt garners accolades for his meticulous application development and architect skills. As a Fortune 500 Company IT professional, Brandt supported the largest contract to date at NASA Langley Research Center as a Senior Business Systems Programmer/Analyst who developed critical data algorithms and improved core business systems’ operations to secure the contract’s day-to-day viability and success. Brandt’s software developer and architect skills encompass over 15 years of development, engineering, system, and application integration successes. Roz McCreery

Project management and systems engineering authority, Roz McCreery dedicated over 28 years of service to NASA Langley Research Center and retired as the Center’s technical authority for mechanical systems. McCreery provided critical design, modification, and repair reviews to ensure projects complied with national consensus codes, NASA policy and procedural requirements, and industry standard practices. McCreery was repeatedly selected as Project Manager for high visibility projects based on her ability to utilize sound judgment, analyze unique problems, develop new and improved techniques, implement methods to advance research/testing capabilities, and successfully deliver projects in a fast paced, highly volatile environment. McCreery holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Michigan, a Master of Science Degree in Engineering Mechanics from Old Dominion University, and is a Licensed Professional Engineer in the Commonwealth of Virginia. roz.mccreery@fdbke.com

Alan B Clark

Industry expert and esteemed financial executive, Alan Clark has over 30 years of experience with optimizing current/future capital opportunities, supporting product distribution and growth, and managing overall business operations. As both a PGA Professional and businessman, Clark is renowned for his course management acumen, customer growth and retention abilities, and overall vertical management skills with regard to corporate budget process. Clark’s success in these areas reflect his personal commitment to a closely managed P&L. Clark has held the positions of Director of Golf, Vice-President, Director of Operations, and most recently, Director of Revenue, for a select few golf courses – of those, four facilities and five courses were ranked #1 in the state of Missouri by Golf Digest. Jamie Conners

Golf industry professional and instructor, Jamie Conners has dedicated over 25 years to the science, study and instruction of golf. Conners, a PGA of America Professional and PGA President’s Council member since 1989, has held the position of Lead Instructor for ESPN Golf Schools and Golf Digest Schools; and was Head Golf Pro at many private and semi-private golf facilities. His authored book is titled: 501 Answers to Golf’s Most Intriguing Questions: Answers to Questions about the Game, the Pros, the Tours and the Mystery that is Golf.
